Comment: Al embodied all the qualities of a true sportsman, both on and off the ballfield.  He was highly-skilled, he had a strong competitive spirit, a strong sense of fairplay, and he was respectful of his opponents.  It was an honour and a pleasure to have been his teammate.  I will miss him.

Title: It is with deepest sympathy

Comment: Dear Marianne, Pam and Jill.

It is a damper time in the wrestling community to loose such a supporter of the sport we all love.  As a member of the Canadian Amateur Wrestling Association I to am saddened of your loss.  Al was kind hearted, motivational, driven and had a true spirit in him to see wrestling be strong in the community.  I know as to many others, Al Ewanishin will be missed, but will truly be in all our hearts.
Take care to you and your family.
Yours Truly,
Clint Kingsbury
